Refund Policy

Cancellation and Returns:

• If the customer cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 25% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
• If the customer cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
• The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
• Cancel of booking during peak season or weekend may result in 100% deduction of the advance paid.

Refunds:

In case you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy given above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 15-20 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at orders@hydrafacialmachine.in or call us.
